This just happened a couple of hours ago, this story begins when I decided to get a gift for Nerine, a jacket that she said she wanted, more specifically. 

So I got the jacket, Nerine wasn't home, so I decided that instead of giving her the gift when she arrived, I'd just put it on a coat hanger and left it on her wardrobe and let her find it herself, it was on plain sight, literally first thing you'd see if you entered her room and looked right.

And so I did that, she eventually arrived, and I said absolutely nothing, most of the day we spent it in the living room, like usual, but she went twice to her room and didn't notice it. 

Like, the second time she went in she grabbed something on a shelf that was right next to the jacket and she didn't see anything, I was talking to her all the while and I couldn't believe it, I was holding my laughter as much as possible, making sure she didn't see me so she didn't ask any questions, it was 100% in her range of vision YET SHE DIDN'T NOTICE. 

It wasn't until like, 5 hrs later after she went to her room for a 3rd time that she finally saw it, I was on the couch in the living room when I just heard Nerine scream my name sounding very excited, she liked it a lot, she hugged me so hard I almost got squashed, too bad it was a bit too big for her, but she liked it anyways so doesn't matter.
