Gotta write this quick before I forget, you know how I mentioned at one point that I don't really believe in any of the paranormal stuff but I kinda wish to be wrong tho?

Well, there's something that's 100% proven to be real and be very close to paranormal activity, which is sleep paralysis.

You know, those moments in which you are sleeping and suddenly open your eyes, just to find out you're unable to move, and at that point you're fully at the mercy of your own mind.

Well, guess what just happened to me! wasn't the first time tho, this is the 2nd, first time it happened was pretty quick and unremarkable, gonna tell you how it was quickly.

I was going to sleep, as usual, my mind started to show me pictures of Kayako, the lady from the movie "The grudge", pretty spooky lady indeed, but doesn't really terrifies me.

However, in less than the blink of an eye I felt this huuuuge pressure upon me, and I wasn't able to move, wanted to talk to Nerine's mom who was the closest person next to where I was, but I couldn't, and as soon as the panic attack started it just suddenly came to a stop, I felt a ton of peace and calm and just like that I was able to move again.

Nothing really interesting happen there, didn't see nor hear anything hiding in the darkness, it was just like I felt I was in danger or something like that, but nothing flashy.

HOWEVER

something happened earlier today, for context I gotta first tell u the dream I had, first I dreamed I was on a bus with Nerine, going home from school I assume, she had her school uniform, but the dream suddenly shifted, and I found myself hanging out with her mom, a group of her friends were like having a little meeting right where we were walking by, and wanted to invite her to hangout with them.

But Nerine's mom started acting very rude and basically told em to fuck off, very weird behavior from her, she's usually very sweet and kind, but for some reason she was being very mean to her friends for no reason.

No idea why, but I came to the conclusion that a demon was possessing her and that's why she was acting all weird, so I somehow pinned her down and started yelling stuff like "you aren't like this, there's something wrong with you!" or something similar, don't remember the exact words.

Her eyes suddenly turned white, but not the whole eye, but more like she were wearing white contact lenses, leaving her pupils visible still, making it look like her eyes shrunk or something.

The demon came out while still in possession of her body and started laughing at my face, I started yelling and insulting the demon, telling it to get out of her or I would beat the shit out of it, but I didn't want to hit it, since I didn't want to hurt the body, so I didn't know what to do.

suddenly we cut to back at home, and there we were both, apparently I had forgotten about her being possessed and only remembered when I asked her something and her eyes changed again.

Apparently she was grabbing a bag of almonds to eat, and as soon as I saw that I ripped the bag out of her hands and I said "no, you're not eating shit until you get out of that body", and apparently privating the demon from eating worked cuz it suddenly looked very sad and said "well what I'm I supposed to eat now?" and I replied something like "don't know, don't care, but you ain't eating until you get out"

And this is were the paralysis started.

I opened my eyes, I was on top of the bed, it was daytime (since I took a daytime nap) and I was able to see the whole room, I felt like I could move but I wasn't moving, dunno how to explain myself, I could feel the bed and feel that I was touching it, but my eyes didn't see my body move, I tried to scream to Nerine to come and wake me up, but we all know that didn't work, it never works.

After fully understanding the situation I was now in, the first thing I for some reason did was ask "well where are you?" talking about the demon, or spirit, dunno really what it was supposed to be.

But whatever it was it replied with "I'm right here" U started looking around and asking "where?" but I wasn't able to see anything and I didn't get anymore replies, after a couple more seconds I finally woke up.

Nothing else happend afterwards, but it was a little cool interaction, reminded me of that one time I was beating up mr blobby, very nice.

TLDR: I had sleep paralysis and I apparently "talked" to a spirit or demon thingie.
