You could introduce her to (for example) 'Hat Films' (on YouTube), by showing her videos where Chris Trott has dyed his hair (essentially) white, inquire on her feelings and then show her footage from another era.
Idk, I'd have to ask, but she also has found attractive guys with other hair color that isn't white.
My guess is that if the guy wasn't goodlooking to begin with, hair will make next to no difference to her.
