As for why this happens online as well: Getting to both reject people and dealing with creeps 'on the regular' builds a considerable confidence. She "probably" isn't acting alike a grey mouse online either, so some people will feel drawn to her.
...While the rest of us are too busy tanking or healing to have time for stuff like that. ;)
idk, she seems to act like herself with anybody no matter what, maybe she gets a bit sillier when around people of trust but that's about it.

For what I've been told, Nerine finds this weird because she herself doesn't believe to be THAT pretty, but aside from that she seems to be mostly used to it, since I guess you have no other option once in that position.

This'll probably not help my popularity in any way. But I have as much sympathy for this issue, as I do with young adults who have always been so wealthy they never had to lift a finger to do anything heavy or dirty, who complain about the hardships of being rich.
Wich is not an absolute zero, but coming pretty close.
So I'm gonna call this situation a 98% blessing and 2% curse.

I mean, I understand how this can be a non issue for a lot of people, quite the opposite in fact, as I said before.
I believe specially with people who are on the opposite situation.
But I think both should be understanding about the other's situation, because it ain't fun when nobody wants to talk to you and it ain't fun when a ton of friendships die because if you don't like them back they don't want to have anything to do with you anymore.
